The open pot 40 litre capacity Master Jet MJCF gas model is the perfect choice for frying larger items such as chicken or fish as well as standard chips and fries. The powerful atmospheric burner coupled with the centreline fast action thermostat combine to provide high quality fried food in minimal time without burning oil or adding extra moisture to the food. The open pot design makes the frypot easy to clean.
MJ1CF model has an internal thermostat which is easily accessible from the front control panel and it is complete with a fully stainless steel cabinet.
