Azzurro is a professional pizza deck oven series that has been designed around the needs of the modern pizza baker who has limited working space but large production demands thansk to the upwards opening door that allows shorter shovel work. They are completley modular and can be stacked up to 3 units high. As a professional oven, the azzurro series comes complete with a full suite of addiional options. The Azzurro 4 is distinguished by its 4 pizza capacity.

• Advanced visual control panel offers complete customization and versatility of all baking parameters including auto-pilot start up mode, Baking programs, Economy functions, & top and bottom heating control.
• Quickly reaches working temperature of 300C in less than 30 minutes and 460C in less than 50 minutes.
• Available in 3 oven sizes 4 - 6 - 9
• Double glazed glass door along with sealing fibre chamber gaskets & 80mm glass fibre insulation prevents burn, reduces any heat loss and allows the user to bake with the door open.
• Economy mode forces the ceiling and floor resistors to switch on limiting the required power by 50%.
• No Gap Refractory Stone ensures no difficult-to-clean spots where flour and cheese can get stuck, burn and ruin the taste of the pizza.
• Fully constructed in high grade (AISI) 304 stainless steel.
