Constructed from robust 304 grade stainless steel with pressed work surfaces and raised edges to protect internals from impact and overflows.

Giorik Freestanding Electric Fryers all feature internal heating elements with an adjustable mechanism to ensure ease of cleaning and a mechanical thermostat for temperature regulation between 100C - 195C.

Each fryer is supplied with removable element protector grid, baskets to suit, lid and oil capture drawer.
