The P-Roll is a heavy-duty dough roller machine that can be completely disassembled for cleaning. It has full IP67 controls, heavy duty cog belts and pulley, stainless guards, and high quality mechanical finishings that ensure longevity and reliability. The scrapers are easily removable on the bottom and top for cleaning and the machine rollers are run by heavy duty metal gear transmission. The thickness and diameter of the dough can be easily adjusted according to the user's specific needs through an adjustable thickness knobs. The P-Roll 320/1 is distinguished by a single pass 320mm roller perfect for rolling pizzas between 140-300mm diameter and dough weight of 80-210 grams.
