The scrapers are easily removable on the bottom and top for cleaning and the machine rollers are run by heavy duty metal gear transmission. The thickness and diameter of the dough can be easily adjusted according to the user's specific needs through an adjustable thickness knobs. The P-Roll 420/1 is distinguished by a single pass 420mm roller perfect for rolling pizzas between 140-400mm diameter and dough weight of 80-400 grams.
