It has full IP67 controls and high quality mechanical finishings. The structure is completely stainless steel including the rollers. Comes with an optional pasta cutting attachments. It is designed with a vertical construction that reduces the space taken up on the working counter and facilitates gripping of the dough at outfeed. The Sansone 42 is distinguished by a 420mm roller outfeed.
